I don't see the flag I want, will you be making it in the future?
Unfortunately it can be quite expensive to make products due to minimum order quantities and as a small business I can't create as many items or include as many designs as I would like to. However, some orders are able to be personalised, and are listed in the description. I am also always trying to broaden my range, so may be stocking more in the future. If you have some specific you are looking for, I am also able to do bespoke commissions - simply contact me via the form.

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return anything, you have 28 days from delivery to do so.

You will be refunded the full payment you made for the item.

Shipping
I ship worldwide!

Shipping costs vary per product, as different items weigh different amounts or require different types of packaging. 

All items and shipping are listed in GBP but will convert to your currency at checkout.

I always try to keep my shipping costs as low as possible, but recommend using tracked delivery on orders over £20.

Delivery
Your items will be sent out within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Look out for your shipping confirmation email

• Within The UK, your items should be with you in 2-7 working days from shipment.
• Outside of The UK your items should be with you in 10-30 working days from shipment. However, some locations can take a little longer due to postal delays.

Wholesale
All my items are available to be purchased wholesale at discounted prices, email me via this form and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
